- What are your hours?

We don't usually keep set hours as we work with our clients schedules to the best of our ability. Schools and sports teams may need times after school for schedules, so we try to be flexible.
- Where are you located?

We travel all over the beautiful hills and hollers of Middle Tennessee normally, but we welcome other locations inquiries. It might be just the adventure we want.
- What do I wear?

Seniors - Definitely rock your personality, those sports jerseys and any special items from your high school experience.
Family - You should wear something you like and feel like yourself. Typically smaller prints and solids do photograph well, but others can reveal your personality. Coordinating colors and styles create unity for family photographs.
- What do I bring for Team Sports Picture Day?

You should alway wear your full uniform for school and youth league Picture Day. Bring any needed gear for the sport, i.e. bat, ball, or glove. Whatever applies to your sport, bring it to Picture Day.
- What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, most credit cards and local personal checks. Private sessions with minimum purchase may quality for split payments.
- How long is the typical wait?

We strive for three weeks for larger teams/leagues/schools. Private sessions should have initial proof viewing within two weeks.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

Private sessions cancelled more than 24 hours for full refund or reschedule. Teams and/or leagues will typically be rescheduled.
- What is the Digital Download?

Digital Download is a package option that includes the digital version of your portraits with copyright permission to share or print the photographs. When you purchase a Digital Download package, Victoria Gordon Photography sends you a link to the email address you provided at checkout. When you visit the link, you can download your images directly to your computer. The copyright attached to the email gives you ownership of your photos. We cannot provide refunds on digital downloads since customers receive the copyright at purchase.
- Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

After an order is placed, it goes directly into production; therefore, we are not able to change or cancel an existing order.
